You will need:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 8 ounces mozzarella (bite size mozzarella balls)
- In a bowl whisk together olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, kosher salt and crushed red pepper. Pour over mozzarella. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve.
